The use of creams, blockers, repellents and any type of substance on the body is not permitted. You must take a shower beforehand to remove residues and residues from your body.
Towels not included
Aqua shoes are not included in the cenotes tour, only during the Underground River tour.

Not recommended for guests with claustrophobia, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, heart conditions, limited mobility, overweight or pregnancy

The entry of sunscreen, creams, perfumes and any type of chemicals is not permitted, access is subject to security review to prevent the entry of chemicals that damage the ecosystem into water bodies.
The entry of bags, backpacks, towels or anyone extra is not permitted on the tour through the underground river, only the protective equipment, these are allowed on the tour through the jungle under your responsibility.
Cell phone and GoPro are allowed during the guided tour, under your responsibility, it is recommended to enter with a deep water supply.
Allergies must be mentioned at the time of billing when food options are presented.
